Our Merchant Account services are provided by PayPal. All payments for purchases made on the ColorBAT web site are made to our parent company, Nicholas Dot Com. When you "check out" with our ColorBAT Shopping Cart you will be taken to our parent company's PayPal Account Merchant Processing Service, which is in the name of our parent company, Nicholas Dot Com.

RETURNS -

We're Here to Help. Using our own products helps US to Help Others very efficiently. We generally will replace components that need it, we generally will TRAIN our customers on efficient usage of any product sold.

Actually need a return?

ColorBAT will require and issue an RMA. Any returns received without an RMA will not be processed.

Inks are Non-returnable for any reason

Exchanges are swiftly processed. The customer pays to return a RMA to us, and we pay to re-send a replacement product back to the customer.

Damages and defects are generally replaced by us at no charge via the RMA process, However tech support interaction is required. So Email or call us to get it started.

Shipping and handling is non-refundable for any reason

ColorBAT will inspect all returns prior to issuance of any refunds

15% restocking fees applies to all returns based on order cancellation and the return product must be in original packaging, upopened and unused.
